Buca Di Pebo farewell dinner...

Family Affair.

I'm a sucker for pasta and pizza and Buca definitely has amazing food! As you know i recently came back from Cabo! The night my flight took off my family decided to take me and my honey out for dinner! Ok, so maybe we decided to take them out to dinner but you get my point! ANYWAYS...my dad had never been to Buca before and loved it! How could you now? It's absolutely one of my fave places to eat! The portions are HUGE so you don't have to go crazy on the ordering part!

This trip was pretty cool because we got to sit in the kitchen table! I've been to Buca many times and never got this table! It's pretty cool because you get to see all the action right in front of you and the best part? You don't wait forever for food because it's right in front of you!

We had an awesome waiter and cook! They definitely kept us entertained!

LOL.

My favorite thing(s) to order are pizza, spaghetti and the delicious garlic mash!

Can you tell we were hungry?

It was a fun night out with the family and we can't complaint about the food!

My parents!

She had her eyes closed! Oh wells!

Brother and Honey!

The best for last...

Jerry's Deli

The best part is, they're open 24/7!

If you guy's haven't been to Jerry's Deli...you're totally missing out!! Located on Ventura in Studio City, it's right in the middle of all the action! Not only do they have amazing food, but if you're in the mood for bowling after your dinner or during your dinner, PINZ is right next door, making it easy and convenient to kill 2 bird-stones in 1!

If you're not the "bowling" type, they also have arcades next to the deli and the bowling place, so you're pretty much covered for a fun night out! I recently went with my honey and one of my really good friends and his honey to grab dinner and we had a blast! Of course boys are boys and have egos (lol) so they just had to CHALLENGE each other to an air hockey game! (my honey won, just so y'all know)

In case, you're wondering... the food varies from american food to italian (pastas) and they have the BEST selection of pastries! So, if you're big on desserts then this is definitely a place you must visit! Usually I'm too stuffed to even order dessert, but when i can i definitely do! My favorite dish? The fettucini chicken alfredo!

It's soo greasy and i know it's bad for you, blah, blah, blah BUT that's
what makes it so delicious!

I have now made myself hungry!

One Tree Hill Shocker Finale!

I am 100% obsessed with One Tree Hill and for months it was speculated that the show would not return for an 8th season! Word was that the CW didn't have the budget that it needed to continue with the show and would prefer to bring back Gossip Girls, Smallville and90210 among others (even though OTH generates the biggest ratings) . Soon after word was out, fans started writing and calling the CW along with signing petitions to bring back OTH back for season 8!

People also started sending basketballs to the CW symbolizing the show! As weeks passed by, show executives released a statement explaining how the cast would shoot 2 alternate endings and would release the one that fit the conclusion of whether or not it would come back.

The season (possible series) finale aired on Monday, May 17th and as the show progressed i realized they aired the episode the executive producers said they would air if it was in fact the end of the show...soon i realized, "oh crap" this is it! Needless to say, i was very emotional...on top of the fact that the episode was having so many happy endings, in the back of my had i kept thinking how this is the end of the show and that definitely didn't help the emotional wreck i already was!

Brooke and Julian FINALLY got engaged and Haley was FINALLY getting better after her mom's death and Haley FINALLY told Nathan she was pregnant!! It was all happy endings UNTIL the last 10 seconds of the episode! If you're a regular OTH viewer I'm SURE your jaw dropped just like mine! Completely threw me off and shocked me! Quinn and Clay were shot by Sara (the crazy Clay stalker)...and of course, it ended after that!

Even though i was in complete shock and couldn't believe what i had just seen, I got so happy because I knew OTH would come back for sason 8! Before the season finale aired, speculation was that the CW would bring it back for half a season but nothing had yet been confirmed! The morning after the finale aired, CW confirmed the show re-newel for a season 8! They have not yet confirmed if it will come for half a season (12-13 episodes) or for a full season...but there's definitely hope for a full season! Latest rumor is that both former castmates, Chad Micheal Murray (Lucas) and Hilarie Burton (Peyton) have both signed up for a cameo but nothing has been confirmed!

All i can say is, I am so happy the show is returning and that it lives another season! Thanks to all the fans who called and wrote to CW and kept the hope for the show! Keep showing your support!

Season 8 is scheduled to air in Septemeber 2010.

Shrek: Forever After.

I got the pleasure of covering the premiere for Shrek: Forever After and had such a blast! I've been to many premieres before and have NEVER seen a carpet this long for a premiere! It was pretty amazing and pretty hectic once the carpet opened! It took place at the Gibson amphitheatre inside Universal Studios, which that in itself was a total different location from your typical movie premieres!

A bunch of celebrities showed up, some alone but many with their kids! Brooke Burke, Anthony Anderson, Donald Faison, Travis Barker, Blake Bell, Melanie Griffith and many others including Mark Hoppus who was my favorite! I was so excited i got meet him and talk to him and was the first one to get an interview with him!

I also got to meet Luscious Liz from BIG BOY in the morning, Miss Liz Hernandez. She was really sweet and posed for a picture with me!

It was a great day and great premiere! Will post footage soon!

Thanks to my Cameraman of today! =D

LAKERS advance to Round 2 and we were at Big Wang's celebrating!

THANK YOU GASOL!

Wow...did you guys catch the Laker game last night??? It was out of this world!! Myself along with friends decided to watch the game at Big Wang's...which we thought was perfect considering the fact that they have a million tv's and amazing food!

My favorite: The Sampler.

Artichoke Dip and Quesadillas. (lol)

Yes, we ate a lot! This is the main reason we go there, their apetizers are the best!
Aside from the amazing food, we had great company!

Love my honey and friends.

My Honey and Chad! ( he's an Oklahoma boy so he was sad he's team sucked ass)

Saving the best for last! =)
Vero and myself!

As you can see, we had a lot of fun, took tons of pictures and were incredibly happy Gasol scored that last shot! It was such an exciting game and the place was packed! There was so much energy in the room and once Oklahoma City missed that very final shot with 0.5 left on the clock, EVERYONE started cheering and hugging everyone! It was pretty awesome...

Finale Score was: 95-94

Soon after the game was over, KCAL 9 came inside (they were doing a story about fans celebrating victory) and it was so much fun because they came and interviewed me! Soon after, i had a bunch of friends texting me saying they saw me on tv and thats when i realized how many people watch the news! Who knew? Anyways congrats to my LAKERS and round 2 game 1 is tomorrow vs Utah Jazz here in L.A. a the staples center!

GO LAKERS!
