A few days ago my neighborhood closed down to form a block party in honor of Earth hour! It was pretty amazing and had tons of freebies that definitely brought tons of awareness of things we can do as a nation to help our environment! How's Grocery Store were kind enough to sponsor the event with catered food (they had amazing cookies too) and my favorite was the Hollywood/Los Angeles Beautification Team coming out to give out free trees and raise awareness on the importance of planting trees and plants in our neighborhood!
It was a great cause and hopefully you guys educate yourself on what can be done to help our environment and hopefully all of you participated and saved energy on Earth Hour. Can't wait for Earth Day!
